Don't fret! As a mom, I know the anxiety family photos can bring. When you work with me, you have access to my Family Lifestyle Session Guide where I provide guidance to help your photo session run smoothly. The goal is for everyone to let loose and have fun!
1. I'm nervous about my kids cooperating and our photos turning out. Help!
Yes, I do take a limited number of weddings each year! If something about my work speaks to you, would love to document your special day.
2. Do you photograph elopements/weddings?
Leave it to me! Those stiff, smile-at-the-camera shots can feel uncomfortable and awkward. I will give you lots of prompts and things to do to help you get in your feels and laugh!
3. What if we don't know how to pose?
Great question! I am happy to help you pick an outfit based on your style and the location we're shooting. In general, it's best to opt for earth tones & neutrals with a variety of texture.
4. What should we wear for our session?
Due to the nature and climate of Alaska, I encourage my couples and families to embrace whatever weather comes our way. Unless the circumstances create a danger for us to travel to our location, we can dance in the rain together!
5. If there's bad weather, can we reschedule?
For weddings and elopements, you will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours and your final gallery should be ready in 12 weeks or less. All other sessions will be delivered in 6 weeks or less.
6. When will we receive our gallery?
No, I do not sell RAW images. The only photos I provide are professionally culled and edited. This will never change.
7. Do you provide RAW images?
With the exception of a scrape, bruise, or a stress-breakout that normally isn't there, I try to leave individuals looking as natural and true-to-themselves as possible. Light airbrushing, eye-brightening, and teeth-whitening can be added upon request.
